Graphic Controls LTD Warranty
Graphic Controls LTD warrants that its inkjet fluid products are free from defects in material and workmanship, and will provide a full replacement or credit for products we supply that are defective and returned by the customer. Graphic Controls LTD also warrants that its inks and related fluids will not cause excessive or abnormal wear to the ink jet printer/coder. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear to the printer/coder.
If it is determined that our inks and related fluids caused damage or excessive wear, we will bear the cost of service and/or repair if the following conditions are met:
- Reasonable precautions have been taken in handling, storage and use of Graphic Controls LTD Ink Jet products.
- Damage is determined by qualified Ink Jet service representatives of both Graphic Controls LTD and the customer.
- A report of such damage is written.
- An explanation and/or demonstration is provided to Graphic Controls LTD confirming that the fluids are the cause of the problem.
